Job Responsibilities:-

• Taking responsibility for reported customer concerns and responding to consumer questions to ensure that their demands are addressed.
• Helps clients with technical difficulties with software, hardware, and applications.
• Responsibilities include researching, diagnosing, debugging, and identifying solutions for system faults and escalating difficult technological challenges.
• Identifies, assesses, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure proper resolution.

Roles:-

Provides level 1 technical support to end users on computer-related technical problems to assigned accounts/ customers through voice support.

Skills Required:-

• Requirements include regular school/college attendance.
• minimum qualification of 10+2+3 in any topic, as well as knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to detect and resolve basic technological difficulties.
• Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a related function.
•  Ability to give step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal.
