- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as .Net, Python, Shell scripting
- Exposure to cloud technology
- Conducts technical research when necessary to contribute to project direction and strategy.
- Design and development of a multi-account, multi-region, highly available and highly automated cloud environment to support application development, cloud computing, security, identity and access management, and IT infrastructure.
- Understand and contribute to the creation of system support documents, operational procedures.

- Leading multiple projects with different Project managers and provide regular updates to business.
- Managing Escalation from stakeholders.
- Customers engagement and doing health checks in their environments.
- Proof of Concept before rolling to production.
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather their requirements & answer their queries and providing them with primary and technical support.
- Preparing training schedules and materials to mentor & train technical engineers
