Job Responsibilities:-

• Keeps an eye on the solutions and infrastructure of clients
• Detects issues and mistakes before or at the time they happen
• Systematically finds chances to reduce incidents overall as well as common occurrences and ways to prevent them.
• Examines allocated first-line occurrences and determines the underlying cause of issues and incidents
• Follows established procedures to fulfill authorized requests.
• Offers clients phone support or chat support as needed
• Carries out authorized maintenance tasks, such as patching and configuration adjustments.
