Required Qualification:-

Job Responsibilities:-

• Work together with functional teams and HR business partners to comprehend the needs for HR data.
• Compare reporting and analytical skills to business needs to identify the most effective data-driven solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards for data analysis in order to gather, purify, arrange, and combine data from many sources.
• Examine and understand reports on business intelligence and data analysis. Identify and analyze patterns, anomalies, and offer insights.
• Produce compelling presentations and offer insightful information to encourage better business decisions.
• Use data storytelling to inform stakeholders of analytical conclusions and suggestions in an efficient manner.
• Simplify reports in order to maximize automation and optimization.
• Work together with the development team to address internal customer needs and enhance the efficiency of the current dashboards and tools.

Skills Required:-

• knowledge of designing and developing reports, executing SQL queries, and creating dashboards using HR systems like Workday.
• Expertise using business intelligence (BI) technologies like Tableau, Power BI, and others to find trends, patterns, and insights for data analysis.
• Mastery of sophisticated Excel functions, such as pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint in order to effectively explain data findings.
• Strong capacity for analysis and critical thought. understanding of crucial statistical ideas, methods, and instruments to provide insightful conclusions.
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Saba, Cornerstone) and ServiceNow.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail.
• Able to contribute both independently and as a cooperative team member in an efficient manner.
